Our Strength
Our firm provides a comprehensive range of legal services to our clients, covering every stage of business development — from project planning, seed financing, and business setup to the preparation of shareholders’ and partnership agreements, as well as all other aspects of business operations. Our areas of practice include, among others, commercial law, joint ventures, and property law.
The Firm has been actively involved in matters relating to corporate finance, commercial contracts, and dispute resolution. Our lawyers have successfully negotiated and concluded numerous projects on behalf of clients, gaining valuable, hands-on experience across diverse practice areas.

It is our firm policy to adhere strictly to clients’ timelines, supported by our dedicated follow-up systems. It has been our practice to ensure that we resolve any legal matters within a reasonable time frame – typically within one (1) to three (3) days upon receiving instructions for simple matters, and within approximately one (1) week for more complex matters, upon receiving instructions of the same.
Language Proficiency
All our lawyers and support staff are proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In addition, we have lawyers who are also proficient in Chinese and various Chinese dialects.
